WHAT is Sunday Yogurt?
Yoga (and other stuff) in a yurt. Get it?
Sunday Yogurt is a gift to yourself. This one-hour self care session is whatever you make it and the purpose is to foster comfort in just being present with yourself while tending to your nervous system, however that feels supportive.
Who it is for: Adults 18 or older
How it goes:
Register for the date(s) you want.
Arrive 15 minutes before and set up your spot.
The hour will begin with a guided visualization. Then, you can do what feels right: your own yoga practice, meditation, journaling, napping, sip on warm tea provided . . .
please cultivate your practice in silence.
Danielle will offer reiki in the space, as it is needed.
At the close of the hour, you are welcome to chat quietly, wander or ski the pasture.

What to Bring
Cozy clothes, preferably layers so you can adjust
A yoga mat and/or blanket
Slippers or thick socks
Water bottle
Journal and pen if you want
Upon Arrival
Please arrive 15 minutes early if possible.
Remove your shoes and place them on the mat by the door.
Find a space for your mat/blanket and settle in.
When Danielle strikes the singing bowl, please quiet down and get ready for the guided visualization.
